You should try it yourself because you won't get any better if you just ask people to do it for you.

You should try to pick better navi parts that fit together. The parts there dont fit very well.

Ok, I'm gonna try and give help for how I sprite. It's ok if you can't follow all of these guidelines, but this is just going to give you a feel on how to piece navi parts together.
1. Start by picking a navi position that all parts fit well with. Something like FlameMan's battle position does NOT work. The best one tp use is obviously MegaMan, but if you don't want him, pick either a cross or soul to use.
2. Once you have your base, you can do one of two things. A. Add other net navi parts to your base, and MAKE SURE THEY FIT! If I were you, I would zoom in all the way, and open up the thumbnail by going on paint, going to "view">"zoom">"show thumbnail". This will get you a picture of your navi as if it were zoomed out. Repeat this step until you have your desired navi. B. Your second opitionOk, I'm gonna try and give help for how I sprite. It's ok if you can't follow all of these guidelines, but this is just going to give you a feel on how to piece navi parts together.
3. Now you have either a finished navi, or a black frame. Begin by choosing colors that look good, and do not contrast each other. For example, don't use red and green as the two main colors. For a starting sprite, I would reccomend using either green, blue, or red as the entire color of your net navi. Also use grey, so you have blue and grey, green and grey, or red and grey. If you are going to use another color that might make the navi look tacky, save it for stuff on the navi like stripes.
4. Start by coloring in the legs. I'm not the best at shading (you can find out better if you ask heatblaze, he has this post that is very helpful.) Do NOT change colors when you are shading. Instead if you do red, double click on it the paint box WHEN YOU NEED A NEW COLOR, and drag the bar down to darken the red. Keep doing that, and you're sprites will look good.
5. Now that you're done, save the finished sprite as a PNG, or .png. This makes it look good. NEVER SAVE THEM AS JPG OR JPEG!!! It ruins the color. Now go to photobucket.com and create an account. Host your sprites THERE! Not imageshack. Post the sprite, and let it be rated!
I wrote all of these steps in the most accurate detail I could. Literally step by step.

I posted what I did to first start my sprites. As I've always said, practice your sprites. I know I have, and I'm starting to do different things.
