There is a cheat to get it. I learned that the hard way. I was net battling a friend and I wore him down with a few mines and a roll chip, but then he pulled that nuts on me. I knew he cheated because it was only obtainable in Japan, so I finished him with Gutsman V5^_^.
EDIT: I was talking about Bass Plus earlier. And yes Serenade is overpowered since it is an auto kill with two area grabs. I always use that now and always beat people since they bought Blue. And I do agree, it is very tricky to get them. Bass Omega(not bass gs) was rediculous in the time trials. Also, Bass GS and Serenade where not easy either, but Darkman and Yamatoman were a disgrace.

It oly takes 100 frags to get Folder Return. Also, Plantman is quite easy if you stock up on fire chips. In addition, his SP form really ain't that hard, so you can get the V5 chips pretty easy. The Serenade Time Trials ain't too hard, so gettin' Serenade ain't too bad. Also, Forte GS is...mildly difficult. I totally owned him with arealock and Poison Pharoah because I'm smart. It ain't that hard to get the overpowered chips.
Time Trials? I don't recall Forte bein' a part of those. Nor do I recall Serenade. If you're talkin' 'bout the SP Navis(Omega if you're American), then do you remember fightin' Bubbleman? Dear gosh, he was the hardest of 'em all for me.

Not the strongest, but definitely the most annoyin'. Man, it was a pain to get his chips. You had to wander around the Beach area with critical health. IT SUCKED!!

Yeah. I had to sacrefice some good chips for recovers and auras to get bubbleman chips... This is why my key is bug frag machine+ reset switch until I got it.

Battle Network 3 was a great game, not as good as BN2, but it was good. They could've taken out that stupid two versions crap though.. There were barely any differences...

Lol, anyways, I say the game was good. The only differences were 2 different styles and in Blue there was Punk.EXE, but not in White. That's pretty much it. That's just stupid...

I got Blue too... Which was the obvious choice for me... Thinking about 2 and 3 makes me miss styles... No matter how slim... Or the opposite of slim...
