Sorry for the late review...
1. Whining. NO ONE CARES IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME. IT DOESN'T CHANGE THE FACT THAT YOUR COMICS AREN'T GOOD/ARE GOOD.
2. More Whining. PHOTOSHOP/ANIMATION DOES NOT MAKE A GOOD COMIC. Unless your trying to be different, animating them will not make them better.
3. Text. STICK TO ONE SIZE.
4. Backgrounds. Don't waste space. Please. Don't. there shouldn't be a spot where nothing is happening or there is only a background. Use up any space you have left over.
5. Panel Size. Go with 200x200 pixels, in a 2x3 format. (2 rows, 3 panels long). That would fit the comic well.
6. Content. What is the point? Have a story to the characters, WHY are they doing what they are doing?
7. Resizing. DON'T. GO. RECKLESS. WITH. THE. SELECTION. TOOL. Your sprites look like garbled poop when you do that. When you select a sprite to resize it, go to the menu: Image - Strech and Skew and input 200% for each field. That way your sprites look good. ONLY RESIZE IN SIZES OF 100.
8. Story. People like stories. Random battles don't make a comic. If you want people to READ your comic, make a story.
OR
Make it a funny comic, with humor in each one, that makes people laugh.
9. Words. NEVER.SAY.N00B.IN.A.COMIC. Guess what it makes you look like? A N00B! Also Stay away from the following words: lol omg omfgrotfolmao. (or any other chatroom language) Pwn. n00b. Haxor. L33+ of ANY kind.
Those will automatically make you a target for flames.
wow... never gotten to 9 before... a new record!
And remember, this is not a flame. This is criticism. This is meant to make your comic BETTER. Consider it "tough love". I'd like to see every comic grow, but most don't. Take my advice.
